Procurement Executive - Lagos Mainland

A production company in Lagos is seeking the services of a Procurement Executive to fill the position.

Responsibilities:
Making Purchase Order from Purchase Requisitions with completeness and accuracy, following procurement policy.With Proper Documentation of all Purchase Order
Negotiate with Vendor; Follow up on Material supply till it comes to store as well asMonitor store inventory;
Identifying New Supplier and updating vendor data sheet with detail, Better Knowledge of local Market ( Industrial sector buying )
Good Communication skill and ability work under pressure with result oriented, ability support Team.
Able to handle and work with different stake holder (Buying for Factory. PM for local item / Maintenance requirement / )
IT Skill: Knowledge of Microsoft Office
