rn* Manage all aspects of assigned properties
rn* Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs
rn* Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
rn* Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
rn* Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
rn* Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
rn* Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance
rn* Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
rn* Update job and market knowledge

rnRequirements
rn* Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
rn* In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
rn* Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and softwares
rn* Customer focus and bottom line orientation
rn* Well organised with excellent time management skills
rn* BS degree in related field
