Quantity Surveyor - Lagos Mainland

Quantity surveyors are responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
rnQuantity surveyors perform a wide variety of tasks throughout the complete life cycle of a construction project.
rnResponsibilities:
rn• preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
rn• performing risk analysis evaluations
rn• preparing and submitting final accounts
rn• making valuations
rn• seeking funding sources and submitting bids
rn• carrying out feasibility studies
rn• arranging payments to suppliers and contractors
rn• providing advice and forecasts about costs
rn• supervising staff.
rnREQUIREMENTS:
rnAll applicants should have a minimum of HND/ Bachelors’ degree in Surveying/Architecture and any other related discipline of this vacant and professional certification is an added advantage. Applicants must have at least 5 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
