rnResponsibilities

rnDevelop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis
rnForecast quarterly and annual profits
rnPrepare cost projections
rnAnalyze and report on current financial status
rnConduct thorough research of historical financial data
rnExplore investment options and present risk and opportunities
rnCoordinate with the CFO and the executive team on long-term financial planning
rnCompare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement
rnParticipate in budgeting (for departments and projects)
rnReview accounting transactions for data accuracy
rnEstablish financial policies
rnMaintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions
rn
rnRequirements
rn
rnProven work experience as a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst or similar role
rnHands-on experience with financial and statistical software
rnExpertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)
rnFamiliarity with finance databases
rnUnderstanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP)
rnUp-to-date with accounting laws and regulations
rnExcellent analytical skills
rnAbility to present financial data using detailed reports and charts
rnDemonstrable strategic thinking skills
rnConfidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
rnBSc/HND in Finance, Accounting or Economics
rnRelevant certification (e.g. ICAN/CFA/CPA) is a plus
