rn Solution to information technology and computer systems.
rn Troubleshoot , Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
rn Manage Junior IT staff & GET by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
rn Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
rn Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
rn Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
rn Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
rn Audit systems and assess their outcomes
rn Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
rn Plan cost effectiveness strategy for any solution under IT umbrella.

rnRequirements

rn B.Sc in Computer Science, MIS or similar field.
rn Proven working experience as an IT Engineer or relevant experience.
rn Excellent knowledge of Applications , Windows , Call center , Mail ,
rn Antivirus, Technical Management, Information Analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
rn Expertise in Data Center Management.
rn Network - LAN & WAN and Data governance
rn Hands-on experience with computer networks, Network Administration and Network Installation.
rn Ability to manage Operations and Small Team.
