JOB DESCRIPTION
rn*Managing parts of construction projects overseeing building work.
rn*Undertaking surveys, setting out sites and organising facilities.
rn*Supervising contracted staff ensuring projects meet agreed.
rn*Specifications, budgets or timescales
rn*liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff.
rn*Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
rn*Providing technical advice
rn*Problem solving
rn*Ordering and negotiating the price of materials.
rn*ensuring site safety.
rn*Commercial awareness – an understanding of how your actions can
rn*Affect profitability of a project.
rn*Team working.
rn*Technical skills
rn*An eye for detail.
rn*Problem solving.
rn*Management skills.
rnQUALIFICATION
rnMinimum of OND/HND/BSc or equivalent in
rnrelevant discipline.
