We are looking for a responsible Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our facilities.You will be responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.

rnDUTIES

rnMonitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
rnReceive complaints and resolve problems
rnMaintain timekeeping and personnel records
rnPass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
rnPrepare and submit performance reports
rnHire and train new employees
rnRequirements
rn
rnProven experience as supervisor or relevant role
rnExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
rnOutstanding organizational and leadership skills
rnDiploma/Certificate in first line management or relevant field
