Responsibilities
rn
rnSet goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
rnOrganize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
rnMonitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
rnReceive complaints and resolve problems
rnMaintain timekeeping and personnel records
rnPass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
rnPrepare and submit performance reports
rnDecide on reward and promotion based on performance
rnHire and train new employees
rnEnsure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises

rnRequirements
rn
rnProven experience as supervisor or relevant role
rnFamiliarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
rnAbility to learn a variety of job descriptions
rnExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
rnOutstanding organizational and leadership skills
rnGood knowledge of MS Office
rnDiploma/Certificate in first line management or relevant field
rn BSc/BA in management or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage
rn
