rn Prepare tax payments
rn Estimate and track tax returns
rn Complete quarterly and annual tax reports
rn Organize and update the company’s tax database
rn Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals
rn Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
rn Share financial data with the accounting department
rn Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits
rn Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes
rn Liaise with internal and external auditors
rn Forecast tax predictions to senior managers

rnRequirements
rn
rn Proven work experience as a Tax Accountant, Tax Analyst or Tax Preparer
rn Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
rn Familiarity with accounting software packages
rn Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)
rn Excellent analytical and time management skills
rn Strong numeracy skills
rn Keen attention to detail
rn BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant subject; industry certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) is preferred
