rnWe are looking for a qualified Technical account manager to oversee and address our customers’ technical needs. You will provide accurate technical service before and after the point of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction.

rnResponsibilities
rn• Provide technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes
rn• Address all product-related queries on time
rn• Train customers to use products effectively
rn• Provide developers with customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products
rn• Report on product performance
rn• Identify solutions to reduce support costs
rn• Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
rn• Liaise with the sales department to win new business and increase sales
rn• Establish best practices
rn• Keep track of sales performance metrics.

rnQUALIFICATION
rnApplicant must possess a minimum of National diploma or degree certificate in any related field. Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
