rn The incumbent will assist the Accounts Manager with handling the day-to-day Finance and administration related issues in the field office, review of documentations, raising vouchers and cheques upon approvals
rn Ensures that all financial transactions are properly documented.
rnThe incumbent is responsible for implementing administrative processes in the field offices in line with organizational requirement.
rn Keep proper office records/filings as appropriate.
rn Record minutes of staff meetings and circulates same among the staff In the field office.
rn Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, workshops and trainings, both on-site and off-site: making travel and hotel arrangements for staff and consultants, identifying and booking venues.
rn Assist in generating activity budgets and maintaining office cash float.

rnMinimum Qualifications
rn A degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting or relevant field
rn 2 years relevant experience in a similar role.
rn Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
rn Ability to work with minimal supervision.
rn Fluency in oral and written English and should have a good knowledge of the use of QuickBooks
rn Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English a Strong attention to detail
rn Strong organizational and prioritization skills
