About the Job
rnPart-time Personal/​Executive Assistant is needed to support a busy executive/​entrepreneur managing multiple businesses at a home office – must have flexibility to work from their own home at times.​ The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator who is detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task.​ A positive attitude and focused approach with an emphasis on timely completion of projects and tasks are a must.​ This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate seeking a part-time opportunity.​ Reliable vehicle with insurance is required as some driving will be required.​
rnPosition requires approximately 25 to 30 hours a week.​ Flexible schedule could accommodate a student or an at-home parent looking for meaningful and challenging part-time work.​
rnDaily tasks will include the following:
rnScheduling appointments/​conference calls
rnArranging complex travel itineraries
rnOverseeing schedules and managing calendars
rnInterfacing with high level contacts
rnManaging/​Tracking costs/​expenses from multiple entities
rnManaging activities around home and home office (gardener, pool maintenance etc.​)
rnCompleting special projects
rnQualified candidates will have:
rnA minimum of 1-year experience working as a personal and/​or executive assistant
rnA demonstrable track record of success
rnThe ability to multi-task and prioritize
rnStrong organizational skills
rnA detail-oriented and proactive nature
rnA positive and professional approach to work
rnExcellent interpersonal skills
rnStrong familiarity with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
rnTech savvy
rnEthical and trustworthy with a strong commitment to maintaining privacy and confidentiality
