rn-Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
rn-Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
rn-Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
rn-Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
rn-Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
rn-Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
rn-Approach potential customers to establish relationships
rn-Gain solid knowledge of competitors

rnRequirements
rn-Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
rn-Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
rn-Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
rn-Problem-solving attitude
rn-Excellent communication skills
rn-Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
rn-Teamwork and leadership skills
rn-Customer-oriented mindset
rn-BSc/BA in Business Administration or similar field
