rn-Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
rn-Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
rn-Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
rn-Approach potential customers to establish relationships

rnRequirements
rn-Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
rn-Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
rn-Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
